A: Phosphorylation of interferon regulatory factor (IRF)-3, p38, inhibitor of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) (IκB)-α and NF-κB were evaluated in Western blot using hepatic cytoplasmic or nuclear protein at 6 h after reperfusion.
