Others: cases excluding the six previous etiologies; OR (95%CI) was calculated with a multivariate logistic model adjusted for age, gender, year, birthplace (Cantonese, Other Chinese, Foreigner), and Child-Pugh value using the stepwise forward method, and the P values were determined by unconditioned logistic regression.
