Cardiovascular diseases included coronary heart disease, previous coronary revascularization, cerebral arterial occlusive disease, and/or peripheral vascular occlusive disease. Pulmonary diseases indicated chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, chronic bronchitis and tuberculosis. Renal disease indicated chronic glomerulonephritis, renal insufficiency, hydronephrosis, lithangiuria, and diabetic nephropathy.
