The 1-, 2-, and 3-year disease-free survival rates were 80.0%, 68.2%, and 60.0%, respectively, in the LLS; and 80.8%, 59.9%, and 39.6%, respectively, in the RFA group. The disease-free survival curve was better for the LLS group than for the RFA group (P = 0.012). LLS: Left lateral sectionectomy; RFA: Radiofrequency ablation.
