Caco2 cells were transfected with negative control, pre-miR-221 or anti-miR-221 oligonucleotides. D₀ and D_q were determined by standardized software, and the sensitization enhancement ratio (SER) was calculated by determining the ratio of the D₀ of the control group vs treated cells. SF₄: Surviving fraction at 4 Gy.
