Lanes 1, 5, and 6 indicate a positive B-cell gastric lymphoma cell line, a negative control (sterile water), and a polyclonal control, respectively. Lanes 2, 3, and 4 show the presence of a monoclonal rearranged band that is within the expected range of size (242-331 bp).
