¹All subjects were tested for anti-Thomsen-Friedenreich glycotope IgG levels and the concanavalin A binding. Aleuria aurantia lectin and Sambucus nigra agglutinin binding test was performed in all donors and patients with benign gastric disease, and in 33 patients with stomach cancer (stage 1, n = 4; stage 2, n = 5; stage 3, n = 19; stage 4, n = 5);
