Control: Adenovirus NC-RNAi-GFP. SGC7901 cells were treated with adenovirus PI3K(I)-RNAi-GFP (50 MOI) for 24 to 72 h then harvested for the extraction of total proteins. Adenovirus PI3K(I)-RNAi-GFP up-regulates the expression of p53 and down-regulates the expression of Bcl-2 protein.
