Rh2 (45 μmol/L) downregulated expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 mRNA; C, D: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to examine protein expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9. Rh2 downregulated protein expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in supernatants of Bxpc-3 cells in a dose-dependent manner, aP < 0.05 vs 0 μmol /L group.
