Patients were divided according to the trough concentrations 3 mo after liver transplantation. Group 1: 376 cases, tacrolimus (TAC) ≤ 8 ng/mL or cyclosporine A (CSA) ≤ 150 ng/mL; Group 2: 196 cases, TAC > 8 ng/mL or CSA > 150 ng/mL. No statistical significance was found between groups.
