Lovo cells were treated with oxaliplatin (12.5 μg/mL and 50 μg/mL) at 37 °C, 39 °C, 41 °C, 43 °C or 45 °C. The control group only used thermal therapy but not oxaliplatin. Statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups. Lovo cell viability was determined by MTT assay. The white bars are the results of the oxaliplatin treatment for 1 h at 37 °C, 39 °C, 41 °C, 43 °C, and 45 °C followed by 24 h recovery. The results of three independent experiments are reported as mean ± SD. aP < 0.05 vs 43 °C or 45 °C vs 37 °C.
