After major peak compounds were collected, BRIN-BD11 cells were treated with cytokine mix in the presence of each peak compounds for 48 h. The viability of cells was then measured by neutral red assay. Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is used as reference drug. Data are presented as the mean ± SE, n = 8. bP < 0.01 vs the viability of cells with no treatment.
