Among 46 patients with complete early virological response (cEVR), 25 (54%) patients achieved an sustained virological response (SVR) and 21 (46%) were non-responders (17 patients had a relapse and 4 patients had a non-response). Positive predictive value of cEVR for SVR = 54% (P = 0.003). Negative predictive value of cEVR for SVR = 100% (P = 0.003). HCV: Hepatitis C virus; NR: Non response.
