Reduced Popdc3 expression correlates with high risk and poor survival in patients with gastric cancer

The cumulative and 3-year survival rates were 88.46% and 84.6%, respectively in the high Popeye domain containing 3 (Popdc3) protein expression group, but was only 76.75% and 16.7% in the low expression group (χ² = 145.095, P < 0.0001).
