Figure 7 Effects of tectorigenin on the increase of intracellular Ca2+ in HepG2 cells. Cells were treated with tectorigenin at 5, 10 or 20 mg/L for different time points, and then loaded with Fura 2-acetoxymethy ester. Intracellular Ca2+ was measured by fluorescence analysis. The data were presented as mean ± SD (n = 6). Difference was considered statistically significant when aP < 0.05 and bP < 0.01 vs control.
