Wnt5a participates in hepatic stellate cell activation observed by gene expression profile and functional assays

Figure 5 Knockdown of Wnt5a decreases expressions of α-1 type I collagen and transforming growth factor-β1. Experiments were repeated three times and representative results are shown.
