Figure 1 Detection of corticotropin-releasing factor by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
JAWSII cells were treated with indicated bacteria for 2 h and conditioned medium was examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Data represent the mean ± SEM of 8 independent experiments. Statistical analysis was carried out using analysis of variance and Fisher's protected least significant difference. aP < 0.0001 vs control.
