A: Hsa-mir-212 yielded an AUC (the areas under the receiver operating characteristics curve) of 0.915 (95% CI: 0.790-1.039) with 84.6% sensitivity and 100% specificity in discriminating gastric cancer biopsies with metastasis to lymph node (LN); B: Hsa-mir-195 yielded AUC of 0.821 (95% CI: 0.634-1.007) with 69.2% sensitivity and 100% specificity of in discriminating gastric cancer biopsies with metastasis to LN.
