Toll-like receptor 9 gene mutations and polymorphisms in Japanese ulcerative colitis patients

We sequenced both exons and approximately 1500 bases of the 5’- and 3’-regions of Toll-like receptor 9 in one healthy control. We identified three single nucleotide polymorphisms (-1486, 1174, 2848) in the regions sequenced.
