Anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic effects of tectorigenin on hepatic stellate cells

Figure 5 Tectorigenin produces reactive oxygen species in hepatic stellate cells-T6 cells. Cells were treated with tectorigenin for 1, 3, 6 and 24 h, followed by a 30-min incubation at 37°C with reactive oxygen species detected by dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate.
