Figure 1 The C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in the 39 paediatric inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients undergoing colonoscopy.
14 patients had measurable (> 5 mg/L) standard CRP levels, the high-sensitivity CRP (hs-CRP) levels were analyzed in 25 patients that had undetectable standard CRP. For hs-CRP the detection limit is 3 × 10-6 mg/L.
