HepG2 cells (A) and Bel-7402 cells (C) were treated with 10-8, 10-7, 10-6 and 10-5 mol/L Melatonin and 0.31, 0.63, 1.25 and 2.50 g/L Doxorubicin for 48 h; CDI values of the combination group in HepG2 cells (B) and Bel-7402 cells (D). Data are presented as mean ± SE (error bar) of triplicate cultures. aP < 0.05, bP < 0.01 vs Dox treated alone.
