No difference was found between tumor tissue (1C) and normal tissue (1N). Compared with normal tissue (2N), positive MSI was represented as an added allele band (arrow) in tumor tissue (2C). Compared with normal tissue (3N), positive LOH was represented as lacking an allele band (arrow) in tumor tissue (3C).
