Macrophage migration inhibitory factor regulates proliferation of gastric cancer cells via the PI3K/Akt pathway

With or without 1-h pretreatment with 25 μmol/L LY294002, MGC-803 cells were exposed to 50 μg/L rhMIF for 24 h. A vehicle control of DMSO (less than 0.1%) was included.
