Figure 2 Gene expression profiling of coagulation-related factors in the liver during the DH-mediated regenerative phase following TCPOBOP induction.
The mRNA expression levels of 6 coagulation-related factors [plasminogen, antithrombin, protein C, protein S, a disintegrin-like and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin type 1 motif 13 (ADAMTS13), and von Willebrand factor (VWF)] were assessed in mouse livers at D0, 3 h, D1, D2, D3, and D10 by real-time RT-PCR (n = 8/time point). The mRNA levels of each gene were normalized to the geometric mean of PPIA and RPL4 mRNA levels. The values were expressed as a comparative ratio to the D0 samples, and represented as the mean ± SE. aP < 0.05 vs D0.
