Human colonic subepithelial myofibroblasts were stimulated with TNF-α (50 ng/mL) or TNF-α (50 ng/mL) plus IL-17A (200 ng/mL) for 12 h, and the changes in gene expression were assessed by IntelliGene HS Human Expression Chip. The fold change values were determined as a ratio of Cy5 signal intensity (TNF-α plus IL-17A stimulated values)/Cy3 signal intensity (TNF-α stimulated values).
