Figure 2 The effect of enteral Gln pretreatment (1 g/kg per day for four days) on plasma endotoxin levels during I/R injury in rats. Intestinal I/R was induced by 60 min of occlusion, followed by 60 min of reperfusion. Changes in plasma endotoxin levels were measured by LAL test.
