Figure 2 Time course of hepatic cys-LT content in D-GalN/LPS-injured rats. Rats were treated with D-GalN/LPS as described. Cys-LT was quantified with an enzyme immunoassay kit which recognizes LTC4, LTD4 and LTE4 for a combined quantitative value. Each value represents the mean obtained from six rats in each group. ^aP < 0.05, ^bP < 0.01 vs control group.
