Gray-scale US image (A) and contrast-enhanced US scan images (B-E) using a microbubble sensitive technique. On the gray-scale image, two hypoechoic target-like lesions are seen (arrows, A). After microbubble enhancement, an avid uptake of the contrast medium was seen in the early phase (B-D). The contrast washed out in the later phases leaving the metastases as defects (E).
