Figure 8 Estrogens and preneoplastic liver.
Preneoplastic liver lesions were evaluated by means of an immunohistochemical analysis of glutathione-S-transferase placental form (GST-P) expression. GST-P-positive liver foci were induced using the DEN-AAF-PH model in male rats with estradiol (+ Estradiol).
