Figure 3 Flow cytometry of human colon cancer cells.
Cells were treated with various concentrations of 5-FU, celecoxib, and both drugs. The cells were washed once with PBS, centrifuged and stained with propidium iodide, and then analyzed using a FACSCalibur. F represents 5-FU, and C celecoxib.
