Figure 2 CCK2R expression in acini of Elas-CCK2 mice induces the activation of the ERK pathway. Immunohistochemistry analysis on paraffin-embedded pancreatic tissues or western-blots on lysates from isolated acinar cells were performed using antibodies specific for total ERK (ERK) or detecting the activated form of the protein, Phospho-ERK (P-ERK) as indicated.
