Based on the molecular mass of either IL-2 or H520C9sFv-hIL-2 fusion protein, the neutralization dose 50 for 2 ng/ml rhIL 2 or the same dose of H520C9sFv hIL 2 was determined to be approximately 0.0176 and 0.022 μg/mL MAB202, respectively (A).
