Figure 2 F-actin structure disrupted by NS-398 in colon cancer HT-29 cells. F-actin was mainly distributed around nuclei to take on annular structure (↑) in control cells (A). Annular structure around nuclei was disorganized after treatment with NS-398 at 10 μmol/L (B).
