Figure 2 Time course of [³H]-ATP (10 mmol/L) (4. 1 μCi/mL) accumulation by cold-stored hepatocytes. Cells were incubated (0 °C) in UW solution. True uptake was the difference between total uptake and nonspecific binding to cells (as described under Materials and Methods). Results are expressed as the mean±SD from three determinations for each point.
