Figure 2 Presence of coarse calcification in the pancreatic head (arrow) indicating presence of chronic pancreatitis. There is inhomogenous enhancement of the gallbladder wall with pericholecystic fluid, suggesting presence of cholecystitis with empyema (arrowhead).
