¹ORs were adjusted for age, sex, smoking, alcohol drinking, residence, tea consumption, H pylori infection and family history of gastric cancer in a logistic regression model; ²The observed genotype frequency (CC, CA and AA) in the control subjects was in agreement with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (p2+2pq+q2 = 1) (χ² = 0.738, P = 0.69).
